VB Kidz is our children's ministry where we serve kids(ages 18 months-12y) with great joy! Our program is designed to teach them that God loves them and has an exciting plan for their lives!

About the ministry

After check-in kids can dive into our ballpit, catch up with their friends, hang out around the kickertable or join the worshipleaders ending off their rehearsal. Parents are welcome to stay as long as the kids need this. We want them all to feel at home at VB Kids.

We start with Kids Worship. Together we sing and dance to worship our God, we adore Him for who He is and what He does. Birthdays and newcomers are celebrated with a lolly and we also take time for prayer and a moment to give money to the church.

We welcome kids to join our worship team by involving them as singer, dancer or technician. Do let us know if your kid would like to participate in this.

We split up in our classes:

18 months- 4 y: Toddler Town

4 - 6 y: Preschool Park

7 - 9 y: Primary Planet

10 - 12 y: Tween city

We provide teaching in French and English and translation to Dutch.

During our classes we share bible stories and apply them to our daily life with the Lord. We sometimes have a game or craft about the subject we are teaching on. Kids from 18 months - 9 years old will also each have a time to go to the ballpit with their classmates and we have a cookie and drinks in our classes. For younger children the lessons are shorter and we provide toys for them to play in their classes. We also teach them to tidy up, a first step to serving and caring.

After church Toddler Town and the ballpit are available to play in (under supervision of the parents).

We want kids to have fun singing, dancing, playing, praying and learning at VB kids, develop a personal, warm relationship with God and make christian friends.

We are blessed with a large team of almost 10 volunteers each service, including some parents who come alongside, to give these kids the time of their life each Sunday.

We also have "buddies". They help kids with special needs to be able to enjoy their Sunday at church.
